Click on the iBooks app. Click on Store. In the request field on the far right, enter iPad User Guide. When the option comes up, download it. It will be available in your iBooks book shelf.

If you have an iPad you might be interested to know there is a free user guide right on your iPad. You just have to know where to find it.
